The Condo

Welcome to S&T Vacay Props! We are pleased to introduce you to Casa Clara Condominiums Unit 3-209 in Key Colony Beach, Florida. Key Colony Beach is near Marathon in the middle Keys, about one hour from Key West and two hours from Miami. Casa Clara is located directly on the beach on the Atlantic Ocean side of the Keys. Casa Clara is a quiet community and is popular with the 50 and up crowd, but not the spring break party crowd. Unit 3-209 directly overlooks the ocean/beach as well as the pool area. The condo was fully renovated and refurnished in 2021/2022 and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, dining room and full kitchen. The living room has ample seating and an 83” Samsung Smart TV. Each bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a full-size dresser, a 54” Samsung Smart TV and a large closet. The kitchen is equipped with an LG convection/air fryer range, an LG side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, an LG microwave and a commercial Keurig coffee maker. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size LG washer and dryer.

The Area

Key Colony Beach has a population of 790, but has many more temporary residents, particularly during the winter months. There are three very popular restaurant/bars as well as a boardwalk strip center with a pizza/ice cream parlor, a Mexican restaurant and various other shops. Several of the shops and restaurant/bars are walking distance from the condo. Key Colony Beach is just across the causeway from Marathon. There you will find all the comforts of home. There are many excellent restaurants including steak, Italian, sushi, pizza, barbecue, burgers, fried chicken and, of course, lots of seafood. There are also two full service grocery stores, two drug stores, a home improvement center a small airport and plenty of bars.

The Terms

  • A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a reservation.
  • The minimum rental period for December through March is one calendar month.
  • The rental rate from December through March is $300 per night.
  • The minimum rental period for April through November is fourteen days.
  • The rental rate for April through November is $250 per night.
  • One half of the total rent is due 120 days prior to the arrival date.
  • One half of the total rent, the $200 cleaning fee and the 12.5% tax are due 60 days before the arrival date.
  • If the reservation is made within 120 days of the arrival date, the security deposit and one half of the total rent are due at booking and one half the total rent, the $200 cleaning fee and the 12.5% are due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
  • If the reservation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the security deposit, the full rent and 12.5% tax are due at booking.
